What’s our return policy?
We don’t offer returns or standard exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please contact us at issue@kailanewyork.com so we can make it right.

Do we offer refunds or exchanges?
Refunds are rare and only offered when an issue cannot be fixed. If you receive the wrong item or a damaged product, please email issue@kailanewyork.com with photos and your order number, and we’ll do our best to resolve it—whether by replacement or refund.

Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?
We currently don’t offer size or color exchanges. If you’re unsure which size will fit best, please refer to the size chart located in each product’s description.  In the rare event that an item was mislabeled, email issue@kailanewyork.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send a replacement or, if the issue cannot be fixed, issue a refund.

What’s our return policy?
Due to the sacred and perishable nature of our products, we do not offer returns. However, if you receive the wrong item, please contact issue@kailanewyork.com within 7 days of delivery, including photos and your order number, and we’ll correct the issue.

Do we offer refunds or exchanges?
Refunds are rare and only granted if we cannot fix the issue. Each situation is reviewed with care to ensure fairness and respect for your experience.

Important Note:
All items are prepared and packaged in an environment that processes nuts and dairy. Please review all ingredient information carefully before use and contact us if you have any concerns about sensitivities or allergies.

What’s our return policy?
All book and digital sales are final. We do not offer returns or standard exchanges for physical or digital publications once the order has been processed.

Do we offer refunds or exchanges?
Refunds are rare and only considered if we cannot resolve the issue (for example, if you receive the wrong or damaged title). Please contact issue@kailanewyork.com within 7 days of receiving your order for assistance.
